Just as the military needs to be prepared, so do you! Bootcamp participants need to have the following gear ready at all times:

• Running shoes.
  We recommend Run With Us in Pasadena. They'll make sure your shoe fits perfectly.
• Mat.
  We find the Frelonic Pro Mat to be compact and durable. (scroll to bottom of linked page to see the Pro Mat.)
• Weights.
  We recommend 8-10 lb. weights for men, and 3-5 lb. for women. Of course, you know yourself best!
